Purpose and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the entity operating the bdcko platform ("bdcko", "we", "us") and any individual or entity ("User", "you") who uses the services provided through bdcko's website, mobile application, or any other digital channel.

bdcko is an online gaming and betting platform providing services to users in Bangladesh. By accessing the site, registering, or using any service, you unconditionally accept all provisions of these terms.

Registration Eligibility

To create an account and use services on bdcko, you must meet the following conditions:

bdcko conducts identity verification as part of maintaining a safe and trustworthy platform. We may request verification of your identity in the following situations:

• When withdrawing a significant amount of funds.
• If unusual activity is detected on the account.
• At any time to ensure system security.

A copy of your National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence may be required for verification. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

Deposit Terms

bdcko currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 per method.
• Deposit transactions are generally processed instantly.
• Each deposit will be credited to your account subject to verification.
• Depositing funds through a third party is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The verification process must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• If an active bonus is held, the wagering requirement must be met before withdrawal.
• bdcko reserves the right to hold a withdrawal if any suspicious activity is found on the account.

Welcome Bonus

bdcko offers new users a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000.

• Wagering requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times (25x).
• The total of the bonus and deposit cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• The bonus is applicable for use on the bdcko platform only.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from one household or the same IP address is prohibited.

VIP Program and Cashback

The bdcko VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.2%.

Advancement to a higher tier depends on your overall activity and participation on the platform. Cashback is credited directly to your account and specific conditions apply.

Game Operation Rules

All games on the bdcko platform are conducted fairly and transparently. The following gaming rules apply to all users:

• Each game may have its own rules and conditions — please read them before starting a game.
• bdcko will not be liable for any losses if a game is interrupted due to a technical error.
• If an excess payment or reward is made due to an unintentional error, bdcko reserves the right to reclaim it.
• Game results are final and bdcko's system records are the authoritative reference.
• For sports betting, if a match is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.

What Is Not Allowed

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdcko platform:

• Fraud, manipulation, or playing by dishonest means.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Money laundering or conducting illegal financial activities.
• Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
• Unauthorised access to other users' accounts.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Operating an account anonymously or with false information.
• Impersonating bdcko staff.

Reasons for Account Suspension

bdcko may temporarily or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• Suspicion or evidence of a breach of the terms.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Direction from a legal or regulatory authority.
• Extended inactivity (generally 12 months).
• At the user's own request.

Where possible, you will be notified by email before suspension. However, in cases of fraud, immediate action may be taken without notice.

Disclaimer and Limitations

bdcko bears no liability for the following:

• Loss of a game or bet due to an internet connection failure.
• Technical issues from a third-party game provider.
• The user's own negligence or disclosure of account information.
• Force majeure situations (natural disasters, war, government restrictions).
• Indirect or incidental losses.
